jey9 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Use of the Platform
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using any jey9 service. By accessing jey9.bet you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jey9 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of jey9.bet and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered through the platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the platform.
By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any service provided by jey9, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. jey9 services are available exclusively to individuals aged 21 years or older. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using the platform in any capacity. It is a criminal offence to allow a person under the age of 21 to gamble.
You must be 21 or older to register and use jey9 services. No exceptions.
Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited.
Minimum deposit is ৳500 via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. All funds must be from a legitimate, personal source.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Free spins and bonus credits cannot be withdrawn before rollover is complete.
All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems. Collusion, fraud, and exploitation of technical errors are prohibited.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction stipulated in these Terms.
To be eligible to register and use the jey9 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

- You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by jey9 for a violation of these Terms or any prior version thereof.
- You are not subject to any self-exclusion programme administered by jey9 or any other gambling operator from which you are currently excluded.
jey9 uses automated and manual checks to verify player age and identity. If you cannot satisfactorily verify your age upon request, your account will be suspended and any funds held pending investigation. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
To access the full range of jey9 services, you must register a single account using accurate, complete, and current information. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:
- Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your account with any third party.
- You must notify jey9 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. jey9 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number that you own and control. This number will be used for account authentication, payment processing, and critical account communications.
- jey9 reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any stage, including requesting government-issued identification documents and proof of payment method ownership.
jey9 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct that jey9 considers detrimental to the integrity of the platform.
jey9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through Bangladesh-native payment methods. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following terms:
- Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer options (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and may be updated from time to time.
- All funds deposited must belong to the account holder personally. jey9 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.
- Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, subject to verification. Processing times vary by method: mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 24 hours; bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.
- jey9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership, as part of its KYC and anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
- All transactions on jey9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion fees applied by your payment provider are outside jey9's control and responsibility.
jey9 operates a strict anti-money laundering policy. Any transaction that jey9 has reasonable grounds to suspect as being connected to money laundering or other criminal activity will be reported to relevant authorities. Affected accounts will be suspended and all balances frozen pending investigation.
jey9 only processes deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Players based in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and all other regions of Bangladesh transact in local currency. jey9 does not process transactions in foreign currencies.
jey9 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players. All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:
- Welcome bonuses and deposit bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover requirement will be stated clearly at the time the bonus is offered.
- Free spins winnings are credited as bonus credits and are subject to applicable rollover requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
- Bonuses may only be used once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers — including bonus abuse schemes involving multiple accounts — will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and bonus-derived funds.
- jey9 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or cancel a bonus already credited to an account where it has reasonable grounds to believe the offer has been claimed in bad faith or in breach of these Terms.
- Seasonal promotions — including those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL events — are subject to their own individual promotion-specific terms, which will be published on the platform when the offer is active.
In the event of any discrepancy between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion. In all other respects these Terms shall govern.
jey9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered account holders:
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
- Session time limits and reality checks: Players may set reminders to notify them when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
- Self-exclusion: Players may request temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be closed to all gaming activity. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the chosen period.
- Account cooling-off periods: Players may request a short-term break of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days, during which all gaming services will be suspended.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jey9 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended and all balances reviewed, and may be subject to further legal action:
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information, including false age declarations or identity information.
- Using any software, bot, algorithm, or automated system to interact with jey9 games, gain an unfair advantage, or circumvent any security or access control mechanism on the platform.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity with other players for the purpose of defrauding jey9 or other players.
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using jey9 as a mechanism for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
- Attempting to exploit any technical error, game malfunction, or software vulnerability to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be recovered.
jey9 employs real-time monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, jey9 reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, void all bets placed during the suspect period, recover any funds obtained through prohibited conduct, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.
All content available on the jey9 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jey9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial, recreational use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the jey9 platform without the prior written consent of jey9. Any unauthorised use of jey9 intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jey9 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any nature arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to the following:
- Any financial loss arising from gaming activity, whether resulting from your own decisions or from any technical failure, service interruption, or data error on the platform.
- Any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure, including loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account by a third party.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if jey9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jey9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jey9 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the registered mobile number associated with the account. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the jey9 platform after any amendment has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
